The Land Celebration Retreat Fees
Total cost per person 
The total cost for attending the retreat is £1150 per person. We are only able to accept full payments for these places.

​Refunds, Cancellations and Payments Policy
  • Any refunds issued will be minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events
  • We reserve the right to cancel your place and issue a refund minus the PayPal fee in certain circumstances. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.)  
  • We require a completed personal information form and waiver to be signed and returned within the allocated time frame. Failure to complete and return  this paperwork will result in the place being cancelled. We have a duty of care to all attendees to ensure this paperwork is in place.
  • All gifted scholarship place payments are non-refundable as these may be allocated immediately
  • In exceptional circumstances the retreat may have to be cancelled by either ourselves or the venue, in this case you will be offered a refund minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • If you have to cancel your place up to and including 9th March 2024 (UK time zone) a  full refund of the fee will be issued minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • If you have to cancel your place up to and including 9th April 2024  (UK time zone) a  50% refund of the fee will be issued minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) ​
  • If you have to cancel your place on or after 10th April 2024 no refund can be issued. ​
