Welcome to the Helen Hamilton Sangha (HHS)
The Helen Hamilton Sangha (HHS) is designed by Helen for students who wish to deeply Awaken and live in Peace and Freedom. You do not need anything other than a sincere desire to awaken fully to the Truth. If you wish to live as Helen does then this program is for you and is based on the techniques, practices and lessons that actually made a difference in Helen's own awakening. The Helen Hamilton Sangha (HHS) is a monthly subscription plan which includes all of Helen's ongoing and existing teachings and all resources created up to date. You can cancel the subscription at any time.
Joining this sangha will give you:
  • The Dissolving the Ego Course (DTE), previously costing £150, is now included for free in the Helen Hamilton Sangha (HHS) subscription. Helen recommends you complete the free Dissolving the Ego Course (DTE) as soon as you join the Helen Hamilton Sangha (HHS). The Dissolving the Ego Course (DTE) includes:​​
    • Four lessons and four question/answers sessions.
    • ​Exercises and methods to come to a full and final knowing of your real Self and to dissolve egoic patterns.
  • ​​Core teachings - a library of uploads relating to the core teachings that Helen has found to be fundamental in living as the One. ​
  • Each month Helen hosts 1 live session for the exploration of one of the four lessons (or a combination of them). This is followed by a separate question and answer session where students can give feedback and Helen responds to and addresses challenges and successes.  In studying one lesson for a whole month you will come to a deeper and richer understanding of it and be able to live from that understanding experientially. All classes are recorded.
  • Helen also holds extra classes to look more deeply into subjects that are suggested by students on topics like: time, desire, death, body, creation, causality etc. 
  • A vibrant online virtual ashram over WhatsApp where Helen encourages further deepening of the teachings via direct interaction and collaboration with her using exercises, 30 day challenges etc. 
  • Access to exclusive events, both physical and virtual over zoom, which Helen runs for Helen Hamilton Sangha students only.
  • Access to an ever growing Sangha of students committed to realising the Truth through Helen's teachings. Student Sangha meetups over zoom and study sessions on topics like meditation, contemplation, self inquiry, chanting etc.

 In July 2024, I discovered Helen listening to her in a video on YouTube.   As it happens to many, it had a deep resonance in me. I have been searching and doing spiritual practices for more than 30 years, and without a doubt they have given me a lot, perhaps for that very reason, this meeting came at the right time. 
After two months, in September I was able to attend one of her retreats. Something happened in that retreat that a deep understanding has settled in me.  It is an area where words fall short. ​Wow, I begin my testimony. There are no words to express what I experienced with Helen's courses. It is wonderful to know that she really Is. Yes, she is a close, committed and absolutely dedicated Master for the awakening of those beings who sincerely desire it. I have felt so accompanied that there is little I can express here. Everyone comes to Dissolving The Ego with different experiences, so I can only speak for myself. The information from DTE was essential but in order to fully understand and integrate it I joined the Helen Hamilton Sangha. This is where I continued to deepen my understanding and practice the skills that have taken me so far in the awakening process. Helen Hamilton Sangha is the natural continuation because freeing oneself from ingrained beliefs takes time and repetition.
