Attending Virtual Retreats
There are many benefits to taking part in our Virtual retreat and it will be a rewarding and life enriching experience. Attending will allow you the best seat in the house and an ability to feel as if you are there with Helen in person. You will have the ability to ask any questions you may have during the retreat via video conferencing and you will be able to interact with Helen. You are advised to find a quiet space to be in when you are on retreat and to treat it as closely as possible as if you were attending in person.
|
You are advised to cut down any unnecessary activities during retreat and to buy enough food to last you for the whole time. The more you can treat this time as you would if you were actually at the retreat physically the more you will get out of it. Eating simply, sleeping enough and drinking water during the retreat is best; this is not the time to try new cooking recipes, clean your house or have friends over. Helen asks that you engage in this retreat with the sincerity and conviction that she has to your awakening.
