This material is only for students who have attended the Retreat. 
Please do not share this material with anyone who did not attend the Retreat.
The recordings below will be available to download until the 19th September 2023

Satsang questions can be asked via the contact form, please note, this is only for use for the duration of the event.
To enable Helen to answer and help as many of you as possible she asks that :-
  • Questions are succinct, to the point and on topic.
  • Only 1 question per contact form.
  • That personal details are not included as there is a chance they will be mentioned on the recording  
  • Only contact forms are used  - emails will not be replied to.
  • Only send a question in with content you are happy to be mentioned on the recording available to all students.
