We are pleased to announce that Helen will be holding a one off event in Fort Lauderdale as part of her visit to America. This event will be held on Saturday 29th July 2023, starting at 10am. There will be an option to attend this event online

The event will start with a talk from Helen, followed by meditations, a satsang and an informal gathering to speak to Helen and other like minded beings. There will also be lunch provided.

Satsang is a formal spiritual gathering with an awakened teacher where we discuss awakening and Self realisation. Satsang is for those who wish to have a direct experience of truth. The word "Satsang" comes from Sanskrit where "Sat" means Truth or God and "Sang, from "Sangha" means gathering. In Satsang we can find the help and support of others invaluable and many people find it a safe place to share and open up being in the company of like-minded people.
All the sessions apart from the informal gathering will be recorded and all attendees will have access to these recordings.
