El Escorial Retreat Fees
Total cost per person 
The total cost for attending the retreat is £**** per person. We are only able to accept full payments for these places. Closing date for all bookings is 2nd March 2025.

​Refunds, Cancellations and Payments Policy
  • All early bird payments are non-refundable.
  • Any refunds issued will be minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events
  • We reserve the right to cancel your place and issue a refund minus the PayPal fee in certain circumstances. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.)  
  • We require a completed personal information form and waiver to be signed and returned within week of payment being received.  Failure to complete and return this paperwork will result in the place being cancelled and you may not be eligible for a refund.
  • All gifted scholarship place payments are non-refundable as these may be allocated immediately
  • In exceptional circumstances the retreat may have to be cancelled by either ourselves or the venue, in this case you will be offered a refund minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • If you have to cancel your place up to and including 2nd March 2025 (UK time zone) a 50% refund of the fee will be issued minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) ​
  • If you have to cancel your place on or after 2nd March 2025 there is no guaranteed refund at all. (We may be able to offer some refund if we are able to fill your place with another student, however, this cannot be guaranteed)​
