Wow, I begin my testimony. There are no words to express what I experienced with Helen's courses. It is wonderful to know that she really Is. Yes, she is a close, committed and absolutely dedicated Master for the awakening of those beings who sincerely desire it. I have felt so accompanied that there is little I can express here. I think that what has helped me the most has been to gently and casually redirect attention to what we are. That calm, silent and empty space that is free and free of all conditioning. Freedom is spacious, light and joyful. Now I can say yes, that every day I recognize a little more, that fertile, vital void that is... Thank you Helen for your wonderful presence.

Recognizing the Self seems like hard work because of the constant intrusion of that function of the mind we call the I. One of Helen's fantastic jobs is to keep us in the continuous questioning of that I that is superimposed on that Reality that we eternally are.

I have been with Helen for 4 months and it seems like an eternity because of how much she is changing my life. She is helping me to let go of the weaknesses that were leading me to live from suffering. Like you, who are now reading this, I have had a tireless search for inner peace. I read and listened to many wise and awakened people. It has been a long journey. And for the first time, in more than 20 years, I feel that the search is finally over!!! And if you have come this far I can tell you with complete certainty, without fear of being wrong, that you too have just reached the end of your search. I finally managed to find someone who has already awakened and has a compendium of all her experiences which help me not to make the mistakes that she already went through... Through YouTube I came to Helen's teachings, after several months I felt moved to attend a retreat and be in her presence, her team, and other people who are on this path. I can not express in words how much the approach has changed for me and how everything continues to change right now. "For some reason I felt drawn to sign up for the October retreat in Virginia with Helen Hamilton. I spontaneously signed up and then my mind started its old pattern of worry. Could I handle the long drive alone? Would it be worth my time? I am so glad I followed my heart, ignored my mind’s chatter and attended the retreat. What a wonderful six days spent surrounded by Helen Hamilton’s words of wisdom and guidance. "Eureka! Helen Hamilton showed me I am that by being that herself. She created a safe, loving environment at a rural retreat center in northern Virginia. With Qigong we built the chi and worked out the kinks with gentle movement. We spent time in silent sitting. We had guided meditation and satsang.
