Refunds, Cancellations and Payments Policy
In Person attendance refund
- Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events
- We reserve the right to cancel your place and issue a full refund in certain circumstances
- Any refunds issued will be minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.)
- All gifted places are non-refundable as these may be allocated immediately
In Person attendance refund
- In exceptional circumstances the retreat may have to be cancelled by either ourselves or the venue, in this case you will be offered an online place or a refund.
- If you have to cancel your place up to and including 1st September 2023 (UK time zone) a full refund of the fee will be issued minus the PayPal fee.
- If you have to cancel your place on or after 2nd September 2023 no refund can be issued.
