Helen is leading the first week of the Fall Retreat held by Awakening Together, in Colorado, USA on 10th to 15th October 2021.
We will dive into the deep, rich Stillness that is our real nature. This retreat will allow you to recognize ever more clearly the vast and silent Being that you are. By gently immersing ourselves again and again into our real nature we will begin to feel more peace, love and joy, and a deep sense of freedom from any worries, fears, or karmic patterns. Resting as this Stillness will allow all that needs to be released to go in the loving environment this retreat provides. There are many benefits to taking part in this retreat and it will be a rewarding and life enriching experience.
