Blissfest 15th - 20th June 2024
Blissfest is an event that is only open to volunteers and team members along with their spouses/partners and is a unique event. At Blissfest we can spend time together in a small group with Helen and other team members in an intimate and informal setting. Helen wanted a way to thank everyone that gives their time, energy and other resources to help fellow students and herself to spread these teachings and Blissfest is the unique and private time for this. Blissfest is not open to the public or other students. 
At Blissfest we laugh, love and learn together with Satsangs, inquiry sessions and deeply intimate conversations with Helen and other volunteers, It is our time for relaxation, openings, absorbing ourselves in the teachings and relaxing from our usual commitments to the Sangha.
Blissfest  will be held at The Land Celebration centre in Gore, Virginia, USA. The centre is at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a true nature preserve. On the site there are ponds, wandering nature trails, various spiritual grottos and meditation areas. The land also features three stone-lined walking labyrinths to deepen the experience of those who visit the Land. ​Please click here for further details regarding the centre.
We will hold this immediately after the Land Celebration Retreat. If you are attending the retreat you will just continue your stay for Blissfest. ​ Alternatively, you are welcome to just attend Blissfest. 
There is a charge for food and accommodation at Blissfest but we keep this cost as low as we can to help all attend who want to. No money is earned by Helen or anyone during Blissfest and the charges are only to cover costs. Each person is responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to get to and from The Land Celebration. We will cook meals together as a family and spend our time on The Land spending time with Helen and enjoying exploring the teachings further. 
The accommodation is based on shared rooms as private rooms are not available. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, in separate male or female shared rooms. ​
Blissfest Schedule
 ​The schedule of daily activities includes sessions of guided meditations, guided self inquiry,  satsangs and talks. We will include other activities as we spend time together. We will send out a more detailed schedule prior to the event.​
Total cost per person 
The total cost for attending the retreat is £450 per person. Please read the terms and conditions below prior to booking.

Refunds, Cancellations and Payments Policy

  • Any refunds issued will be minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • Retreat registrations and fees are not transferable to other people or events
  • We reserve the right to cancel your place and issue a refund minus the PayPal fee in certain circumstances. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.)  
  • We require a completed personal information form and waiver to be signed and returned within the allocated time frame. Failure to complete and return this paperwork will result in the place being cancelled. 
  • All gifted scholarship place payments are non-refundable as these may be allocated immediately
  • In exceptional circumstances the retreat may have to be cancelled by either ourselves or the venue, in this case you will be offered a refund minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • If you have to cancel your place up to and including 9th March 2024 (UK time zone) a  full refund of the fee will be issued minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) 
  • If you have to cancel your place up to and including 9th April 2024  (UK time zone) a  50% refund of the fee will be issued minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee.) ​
  • If you have to cancel your place on or after 10th April 2024 no refund can be issued. ​
