Notes from Helen
What is the soul? Why do a regression and how can it help us in our awakening journey?
What is the soul? Why do a regression and how can it help us in our awakening journey?
We are the One Consciousness, purely formless and indivisible and yet we are also appearing as an individual soul which is a unique expression of this Consciousness. We could say that the first subtle form arising out of the formless Consciousness is an energetic form which we could call the "soul". The soul is a collection of all our learning, experiences, desires and dreams, goals and achievements. The belief that we are a separate being (along with all other beliefs) are found in the soul too. We could perhaps use the metaphor of the soul being like a book of everything we have ever experienced. In our regression into our soul's history we can begin to experience and understand ourselves and why we are expressing ourselves in this unique way.
The soul is where the deep seated beliefs are found that we work with in contemplation, it is really the soul that is contemplating and not the body or mind. The belief that we are not safe/good enough or able to get what we want leads to desires to feel safe, worthy and unlimited. It is these desires of the soul that are finally fulfilled in our realisation of who we really are. The soul is the one who wakes up to the Truth and remembers that Truth through any further lifetimes with a physical body. The "Between lives soul regression" can help us to gain support, understanding, guidance and more and to begin to understand what our highest objectives and purpose for this lifetime is.
